Facilitating Conflict
The mother established a set of ground rules for conflict resolutions in the beginning with her daughter that includes the following:
The mother encouraged acceptance of loss for her supervisor at the organization, continuing to work for the company on days the daughter didn't attend school ;to help in meeting deadlines. The mother participate in helping until the supervisor found another employee. The mother helped out for an extra month.
- A two year term as a child care provider
- School closings, the children remains with her
- Allowed extra 10 to 30 minutes after pick up time
- Completion of school by graduation date
