• Mother: a working class single mother, and a full time student.
• Daughter: a single mother of three working part time and resides in Dayton Ohio.
• Supervisor: manages the department of the organization where the grandmother  works as an office assistant in Dayton Ohio.
• The three grandchildren: Two girls and a boy ages 2, 5 and 6.
